Sarah Hyland was born in New York City to actors Melissa D. Canaday and Edward James Hyland. at the age of 4, she began her professional career in voiceovers as well as commercials. Private Parts was her first film. Then she moved to The Object of My Affection (1998) followed by the majority of time on Another World (1964) as Rain Wolfe a child found in a park, and fostered by Josie as well as Gary. Sarah continued to co-star together with Amy Carlson in Falcone (2000), Law & Order (1990), and Law & Order: trial with a jury (2005).
