Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American Vietnamese entrepreneur living in Orange County in California. My wonderful husband JP and the happy-go lucky father Henry. My Instagram account is @annephung and most people follow me. I post about my day-to-day life, both the good and the bad. My family relocated to America. At the age of one quarter I was accepted into my parents. When I realized that I had the potential to have a brighter future, I was determined to achieve my goals and make my parents proud. My life was set out: I would attend university, find work in a corporate, marry and buy a home. My goal was to attend college after graduation, and then find an executive job. Then I'd get married then buy a house, and then have children. Life had other ideas. The year 2013 was the year I began anxious about going to work. job the money and status was not bringing me joy- I felt that I was throwing my time and energy in exchange for a salary even though I knew I was meant for more. My passion for fitness and my love of socializing with others led me to discover my dream job as an instructor. My business started in 2014 and I'm celebrating 7 years of success in the year 2021. Since I am an Asian female in this industry we are among the few. I strive to be a change maker in the industry to provide quality coaching to empower others to become a healthier and happier person by establishing an environment that is sustainable and meets their individual goals and needs. Also, I strive to inspire individuals to follow their dreams and do whatever they would like to achieve in their lives. As my career started to grow, I was struck by the biggest loss in my life: my mother's passing away. She won her eight-year fight with Scleroderma. Then she's in Heaven, and I remain close to her in my heart. The universe has the ability to provide us with exactly what we need even when we're unable to grasp the lessons at the time. The loss of my mother changed me so much and I am convinced that she offered me another chance to live my life. She died at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day. It was the day she decided to begin her new life. I had my second opportunity to live an enjoyable and fulfilling life. As I enter the 30's I am more vibrant than I have ever. I am able to say that I am living my life now, rather than just existing just like I did before. My experiences are shared with me so that I may be able to share my stories and thoughts. This can help you realize that you're not on your own. You are capable of achieving anything you want and more. Therapy is essential and normal. Health is the greatest wealth. My prayer is to live your life fully and that your final resting place is not a regret, because that's all you can count on for the rest of our lives.
