Aspen Ladd

Aspen Ladd's journey in combat sports began at 14 years old. After training in kickboxing boxing wrestling BJJ and BJJ she began her professional debut with Jaimee Nievera at WCFC when she was 18 years old. Ladd later went on to win three fights in a row at Ultimate Reno Combat. All of her opponents were finished within the first few minutes. Then she returned to WCFC and beat Leslie Rodriguez via unanimous decision. Aspen has already beaten Silvia Baeghian as well as Maddy Simmons, before taking on Cynthia Calvillo. Cynthia beat Aspen in a unanimous vote. The loss put a mark on her record as an amateur. Ladd beat Roma Pawelek on Tuff n Uff to improve her amateur record from 8-1 to 8-1. Aspen was a professional when she entered the ranks in 2015. She joined Invicta FC and made her debut. Invicta Fc 11, she defeated Ana Carolina Vidal and won the bout in the the first round via TKO. Her next bout was a win against Amanda Cooper via second-round armbar submission and went up to bantamweight to fight at Invicta FC 16. Aspen utilized her formidable wrestling skills to take down McGill and ended her fight via third-round TKO(elbows and punches). Aspen took on Jessica Hoy, at Invicta FC 18. The fight was with Hoy in a catchweight (138.1lb) because Ladd didn't gain weight. Aspen still dominated Hoy until she was defeated in the second round with a TKO. Invicta FC 21, she won her final fight with the promotion via a unanimous vote. Aspen Ladd was the first UFC fighter to debut. She fought Linalansberg at UFC Fight Night 118. She was a step ahead of Lina with a ground-and-- - pounded her for a TKO win in the second round. The next time she fought Tonya Evinger at UFC 229, her victory was more spectacular. Ladd stopped Evinger's fight after the first round. She also received the bonus for performance of evening. She fought her first big fight in her debut fight at the UFC Fight Night dos Anjos and. Lee rematch against Sijara Ebanks. The two fighters had one of the most competitive fights that Ladd beat by a unanimous decision. The two fighters each received their Fight of the Night Bonus. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie was able to finish the fight in just 16 seconds and end Ladd and her streak. Yana Knitskaya fell in the 3rd round at UFC 7 at ESPN. In a recent replacement match for UFC, Norma Dumont was her opponent. The fight was unanimously decided in her favor.
